Malibu Creek

Addiction Treatment & Recovery

A not-for-profit recovery campus designed to expand compassionate, full-spectrum addiction treatment in Los Angeles County.
Malibu Creek is envisioned as a calm, campus-style setting where people can move from intake, detox and into residential treatment, therapy, and longer-term recovery support – all in one place.

Why this matters

Malibu Creek is part of the solution to a major regional need: more treatment access, more recovery support, and more dignified pathways to healing for people and families affected by addiction.

What Malibu Creek Is

Malibu Creek is being created by a group of men in recovery, friends who have lived through addiction and built our lives back through sobriety.

Between us, we represent well over a century of continuous sobriety, with several individuals carrying decades of long-term recovery. This is not theoretical for us, it’s a lived experience. We’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing.

In recovery, we understand that this is a life-and-death errand. Too many people still don’t have access to the kind of environment and support that gives them a real chance.
This is more than a project. It’s a team, a family, and a grassroots effort rooted in service, built by people who have been there and are committed to helping others find a way out.
